Although Blogger is very easy to use, many people would like to have a post that always stays at the top of the blog - a sort of Welcome Post.This is easy to do - all you need to do is create your Welcome Post and publish it. Then go back into that post (as though to edit it), go to Post Options and change the Posting Date and Tme to some arbitrary date well into the future. For an example,
